Just made funeralformyfat's Breakfast Cookie! So happy with how they turned out this time.

This time I added mini chocolate chips, coconut, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Super easy and healthy  Breakfast cookie: 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup quick oats. That is the base and you can add whatever you want! I added: 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate covered walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 tablespoons shredded coconut mash everything in a bowl.  Bake 20 min in the oven @ 350 they are perfect for breakfast! Soft and full of flavor.  #funeralformyfat #vegan
